REPOST FROM LAST WEEK AND THIS WEEK.
sorry, not sure who reads this, but I started doing a new facebook group and haven't kept up on this blog as much as I should.

six miles to supper is on facebook and it's a pretty diverse group. The founder has written a book and what I like most is it's a pretty free spirited group of people. I'm not much into being told what to do and I know what works for me. Here are my two latest posts and another link to her youtube videos.
215 pounds. I lost .4 pounds on Thanksgiving week!!
215 pounds. On the road to my final goals. 81 pounds down since January.
I'm in the 4th mini-goal of 25 pounds. From 221-196. From there I plan on going in 10 pound goals till I am happy with my mirror. I'm around 30% fat and 215 pounds. I've been doing one meal at noon and a snack most nights (I guess it's called 2mad.) I'm trying to increase my primary meal and do away with the snack, but I'm not being religious about it. I found a facebook group and the founder lost 80 pounds doing I.F. Very inspiring. She has interviews with people that are loosing or have lost and kept off the weight and she is in the non-diet police group. I like that. I am working the program that works for me. Not keto, palio or high carb. Just what works for me. I eat anything I want but I tend to go healthier because I crave it and it's good for me. Her group on youtube

I am doing Intermittent fasting for the last 9 months and went from 16/8 to 2mad and Omad since. About 2-3 days weekly I do one meal only, on the days I work harder or obviously don't eat enough during my primary meal I snack when I get home. I'm not a sadist and there is no reason to go to bed hungry if I've eaten good foods. I'm 19-39 pounds from my weight goal.
mindset is key. 213.6 pounds.
Every day is a skirmish, every week a battle, every month a campaign and every year is a war. I plan my daily skirmish and if I have an urge Karen makes adjustments. Believe me when I say steak fries and raisin bran cereal can be fun. I am just happy that most days my food issues aren't so bad. The longer I do it the less I need to push or pull myself and the more it becomes part of me. I'm not worried about the little details and I keep it simple. If I want it I eat it, just in moderation and not every day. I am changing my lifestyle and am NOT on a "diet". Diets have beginnings and endings. I am eating like the thin man I am becoming. I still have some to go but I am getting close. 82.6 pounds down. Between 17-40(ish) pounds to go. I'm learning to maintain my weight loss while letting my body find it's balance point.
