REPOST FROM LAST WEEK AND THIS WEEK.

sorry, not sure who reads this, but I started doing a new facebook group and haven't kept up on this blog as much as I should.  https://www.facebook.com/groups/sixmilestosupper/?ref=bookmarks six miles to supper is on facebook and it's a pretty diverse group. The founder has written a book and what I like most is it's a pretty free spirited group of people. I'm not much into being told what to do and I know what works for me. Here are my two latest posts and another link to her youtube videos.     215 pounds. I lost .4 pounds on Thanksgiving week!! 215 pounds. On the road to my final goals. 81 pounds down since January.  I'm in the 4th mini-goal of 25 pounds. From 221-196. From there I plan on going in 10 pound goals till I am happy with my mirror.
