I'm happy where I am...for now. I am working on loosing more than 40 pounds but I have stumbled upon something missing from most "diets." I need to practice maintenance now. It's like my mindset. 90% of how my weight loss goes is how I mentally handle it. It's allowing myself "cheat meals". I had a party to go to the other weekend and I let myself go. Not like I used to but I still tasted EVERYTHING. It's like driving a car without my instructor with me and realizing I need to practice driving on my own. 95% of all diets fail because of weight loss ending and not learning how to keep it off. Not doing much different than in my "diet" mode, but I am practicing getting my mind around the fact that I am still fat, but not as big as I was before. I plan on uploading pictures I've taken of the last months OMAD meals. Don't starve. I've lost around 60 pounds over the last 7 months and i'm ok if it takes longer to loose th...
