266 with 16/8 intermittent fasting...almost OMAD...first 10% goal done!!

First small goal 299-266 has been breached! Second goal 266-233 will put me back to were I was 1/2 a decade ago. I puttered and lost my way. I got to strick with the 6 small meals and working out. I am keeping it simple. All food is ok, just moderation and living my life.  I also have been non smoking for 3 years and vaping. I love it. I don't eat till I get to work and then I eat my primary meal. I work 2nd shift so eating between 3pm and 4:30 pm seams to be working. I just need to watch my weekends. I might have 4-8 hours to eat but grazing isn't the answer. Weekends constitute 30% of my weight loss and it isn't special.  Still building motivation but others see the 30 pounds lost. My "goal" is 196. That will be 100 pounds from my starting weight of 296 and 137 down from my all time high weight of 333. I can't say i'll stop there but I will reevaluate when I get there.
