272 pounds. It's a marathon, not a sprint.

Over the last years I've maintained and very slowly grown...in weight. I finally got back in the game at 296. To close to 300. I'm proud that I'm not starting at 333 pounds, but I was feeling it. My job involves walking over 5 miles a day going up 25 flights of stairs and I'm happy to be doing this instead of sitting at a desk all day long.       The radio program Fat2 Fit was good but I'm on the IF plan, now. Intermittent Fasting has been working for me. I'm very time oriented. I'm off on Sunday and Monday so my official weigh in is on Tuesday and I was 272 pounds. I'm on the 16:8, 20:4 and some days only eating 1 meal. It's a hug one, so I like that. No more eating like a bird 6x daily. I don't have to worry about binge  eating when I'm not going to the frig.      I turned 50 and my wife is unable to work so I am getting 95% of my food home made! I fell better being down 24 pounds over the last 12 weeks and I've been doing IF for 8-9 ...
