246 pounds 1/2 way to my basic goal.
Just turned my 16/-8 into a 23-1 plan. I'm doing OMAD! One Meal A Day. It's going well. Huge monster meal with healthy foods. Not starving at all. Feeling good and excited. Being thin is my deepest dream and getting thin has been my oldest demon. I'm in a size 44 pants and everyone notices it. Eating once aday is very nice as far as I'm not worrying about my addiction to food except for 1 hour a day. Like being an alcoholic I don't get to go into a bar but once a day. All the meals I eat are cooked by my wife. So healthy and lots more veggies! Just do it. Each day counts. Plenty of Facebook posts and videos on the internet. I don't limit my food choices except to say I'm trying to stay with healthy less proccessed stuff.
