Thank goodness I'm not back over 300 but I'm still over 59 pounds up in weight. So now it starts again. Why? I hate how I look in pictures. It's not healthy or safe. Back in the saddle, again.
How a middle aged guy goes from 333 pounds my goal weight. 16/8 and OMAD. Only exercise I get daily is walking 6 miles. I eat what I want (within reason) once daily. Mostly good food choices with veggies. It's a dirty "diet" but one I can do for life. This is a new journey since I had gotten down to 240 from 333 pounds. This battle is new from 296 to my current weight. The war is a lifetime. Let this battle begin.
